Jasper's Music Mayhem

Jasper's Music Mayhem:

 This painting is based off of Jasper John's

style. It is in acrylic paint rather than encaustic

and it took me about four days to paint. Like Jasper

Johns, I drew in my music with pencil before painting

over it and focused on one block at a time once I began

to paint it. I absolutely hated this piece at first, but it is

starting to grow on me. For some reason it is every bodies

favorite. The colors were too drab so I added white which,

I think, made it look worse. Though so many people like it

they can't tell that it is supposed to be music.
